Ingredients
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Corn syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chocolate chips 6 Ounce (semi sweet)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Mixed nuts 8 Ounce (salted)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Almond extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine sugar, corn syrup, water and salt in saucepan.
Set over moderate heat and cook, stirring constantly, until boiling.
Cover and let boil 2 minutes.
Uncover and continue boiling without stirring to 290 degrees (hard crack).
Remove from heat.
