|Nougat centre||1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Recipe)|
|Biscuits||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), coarsely chopped|
|Chocolate paste||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1/2 Recipe)|
Prepare nougat centres according to the recipe and pour the mixture on an oiled board.
When it is cold, break into pieces.
Coarsely pound the pieces.
Prepare chocolate paste as directed in the recipe.
When the paste starts thickening, add chopped nougat and chopped biscuits.
Drop by teaspoon on a butter paper.
Allow them to set at room temperature.
Wrap them in coloured aluminium foil.
The mixture can be poured in a long tray, lined with butter paper.
When partially set, put marks.
When set properly cut into pieces.
Wrap the pieces or leave them as they are in which case store the pieces in an air tight tin.
Keep in cool place.
