Chocolate And Pecan Nut Cookies

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Pound
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Self rising flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Broken pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chocolate chips/Plain chocolate broken into small pieces 4 Ounce (Plain)
Directions

Pre-heat the oven to 325°F and grease a baking tray.
Cream the butter and sugar to a light consistency in a mixing bowl.
Add the egg, vanilla extract, flour, nuts, and chocolate and continue mixing until well blended.
Spoon the batter in small drops onto the baking tray and flatten with a fork or the bottom of a glass, then bake for about 20 minutes until they are light brown in colour.
