Chocolate Mallow Cups
|Semisweet chocolate pieces||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Shortening||4 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)|
|Orange mallow/Mocha mallow||2 Ounce|
Melt chocolate pieces and shortening over medium heat, stirring frequently, until smooth, 3 to 4 minutes.
Line 10 to 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups.
Coat bottom and side of each cup with thin layer of chocolate mixture by swirling 1 tablespoon chocolate mixture in each cup with back of spoon.
Refrigerate cups while making mallow.
Divide mallow among chocolate cups and freeze until firm, 6 to 8 hours.
Remove paper baking cups before serving.
