Irresistible Chocolate Chip Cookies
|All purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs) (firmly packed)|
|Oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Semi sweet chocolate chips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), semisweet|
Heat oven to 375Â°F.
Grease baking sheets well.
Combine flour, soda and salt.
Combine egg, water and vanilla.
Blend brown sugar and Oil in large bowl at low speed of electric mixer.
Add egg mixture.
Beat until smooth.
Add flour mixture in three parts at lowest speed.
Scrape bowl well after each addition.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets.
Bake at 375Â°F for 7 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool on baking sheets 1 minute.
Remove to cooling rack.
