Chocolate Almond Cookies

Ingredients
  Egg whites 2 Large (Room Temperature)
  Cream of tartar 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Reduced calorie chocolate mousse mix 2 Cup (32 tbs) (1 Envelope, Four 1/2 Cup Serving)
  Confectioners sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Almond extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 250°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
2. In large bowl, with electric mixer on high speed, beat egg whites and cream of tartar to form soft peaks. Gradually add mousse mix, 1 tablespoon at a time, and sugar, beating until incorporated and batter is thick and fluffy. Fold in extract.
3. Drop batter by rounded teaspoons 1 1/4 inches apart onto prepared baking sheet, to make 24 cookies. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until crisp. Cool completely. Store in airtight container. (Note: These are thin, flat cookies.)
