Chocolate Chip Shortbread

Ingredients
  Unsalted butter 2 Cup (32 tbs) (At Room Temperature)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Semi sweet chocolate chips 12 Ounce (1 Package, Ghirardelli)
Directions

Preheat oven to 275 degrees.
Coat cookie sheets with cooking spray.
Cream together, butter, sugar, and salt, until creamy in large bowl with wooden spoon.
Stir in flour.
For chocolate cookies melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips and add to dough.
Add 1 cup chocolate chips to either plain or chocolate dough.
Roll the dough to about 1/4" thickness on a lightly floured surface then cut into desired shape and place on cookie sheet.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
