Chocolate Rounds

Ingredients
  Semisweet baking chocolate 2 Ounce, melted and cooled
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Granulated fructose 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg yolks 3
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
Directions

Beat chocolate and margarine until light and fluffy.
Add sugar replacement and fructose; beat at least 2 minutes.
Beat in egg yolks and vanilla.
Gradually stir in flour, baking powder, and salt.
Shape dough into small balls; then flatten balls into 1 in. (2.5 cm) rounds.
Place on a very lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Move to cooling rack.
