Pot De Creme Chocolate
|Light cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sweet cooking chocolate||4 Ounce|
|Whipped cream||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Scald cream with salt, sugar and chocolate over low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted and blended with cream.
Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon-colored.
Stir in chocolate mixture.
Strain into a 1-quart casserole and set in a pan of hot water.
Bake in a 350° F.oven for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
