Miniature Chocolate Chip cookie
|Self rising flour||4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)|
|White sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Softened butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Chopped miniatures||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Hershey's)|
|White chocolate chips||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chocolate chips||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
In a large bowl, mix white and brown sugars, egg and the butter until a smooth mixture is formed.
Mix vanilla extract. Slowly add flour.
The dough should be stiff in texture.
Add brown and white chocolate chips and candy.
On a lightly greased baking sheet, spoon the dough.
Make sure the cookies are of same size and are 2 inches apart.
Bake them in a preheated 375 F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Once done let them cool.
