|Semisweet chocolate chips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sweet sherry wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs), heated|
|Cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), heated|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped|
Combine chocolate chips, wine, salt and cinnamon in blazer pan.
Place over boiling water in water pan and stir until chocolate is melted and blended with wine.
Stir in hot milk and cream, blending with a French whisk.
When steaming hot, serve in cups with a fluff of whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon.
