Chocolate Coconut Drops

Ingredients
  Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Granulated sugar replacement 2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cocoa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Unsweetened coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
Directions

Cream together margarine and brown sugar replacement.
Beat in vanilla and eggs until light and fluffy.
Sift flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda together; add alternately with milk to creamed mixture.
Stir until well blended.
Fold in coconut.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 to 12 minutes.

tsp = teaspoon? for baking powder it makes sense but for brown sugar tbs = tablespoon seems more likely, can you clarify please :)

Hi Jules, the tsp for brown sugar replacement is correct as we are using a substitute here and they are very strong in comparison to the actual ingredient thus it needs to be used in much lesser quantities.
