Chocolate Mint Cake

Ingredients
  Sugar free chocolate cake mix 8 Ounce
  Water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Mint 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mini chocolate chips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg whites 2 , beaten
Directions

Combine cake mix, water, and mint flavoring in a mixing bowl.
Beat on medium for 5 to 6 minutes or until batter is thick and creamy.
Add chips.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Transfer to a wax paper lined or greased and floured 8 in. (20 cm) round cake pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes or until tester inserted in middle comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes; then transfer cake to rack.
Cool completely.
