White Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
|White chocolate chips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Strawberries||24 Large (With Stems)|
Line a cookie sheet with wax paper.
Melt white chocolate in double boiler over very low heat, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat.
Holding one strawberry at a time from the stem, dip halfway into chocolate, tipping pan if necessary.
Shake excess chocolate back into pan.
Place on prepared cookie sheet.
Refrigerate until chocolate sets, about 30 minutes.
