Chocolate Crunch Cookies
|Sugar free cake mix||8 Ounce (Chocolate Flavored)|
|Lemon flavoring||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cornflakes||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Use a vegetable spray to lightly grease the cookie sheets.
Combine cake mix, lemon flavoring, and water in a small bowl.
Beat to thoroughly blend.
Place corn flakes in a bowl.
Crush the corn flakes slightly with your hand.
Stir into cookie mixture.
Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 in.
(5 cm) apart onto the greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 to 12 minutes.
Allow cookies to cool slightly on sheets before removing.
