Chocolate Crust

Ingredients
  Flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cocoa 3 Teaspoon
  Vegetable shortening 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), softened
  Liquid fructose/Granulated sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon (As Needed To Make A Dough)
Directions

In a food processor or bowl, combine flour, cocoa, shortening and fructose; work into crumbs.
Add enough water to make a soft ball.
Roll up or press into sides and bottom on pie pan.
Use as directed in recipe.
