Chocolate Chip Mint Cream Pie
|Pastry shell||1 , baked|
|Sugar free vanilla pudding mix||2 Ounce (2 Packages, 1 Ounce Each)|
|Skim milk||1 Quart|
|Peppermint flavoring||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Green food coloring||4 Drop|
|Mini chocolate chips||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Non dairy whipped topping||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Prepared)|
Combine vanilla pudding mix, milk, flavoring, and food coloring in a saucepan.
Stir to dissolve pudding mix.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
Set aside and allow to cool.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Transfer to prepared pastry shell.
Refrigerate until set.
Decorate with nondairy whipped topping.
