Chocolate Chip Mint Cream Pie

Ingredients
  Pastry shell 1 , baked
  Sugar free vanilla pudding mix 2 Ounce (2 Packages, 1 Ounce Each)
  Skim milk 1 Quart
  Peppermint flavoring 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Green food coloring 4 Drop
  Mini chocolate chips 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Non dairy whipped topping 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Prepared)
Directions

Combine vanilla pudding mix, milk, flavoring, and food coloring in a saucepan.
Stir to dissolve pudding mix.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
Set aside and allow to cool.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Transfer to prepared pastry shell.
Refrigerate until set.
Decorate with nondairy whipped topping.
