Chocolate Coating Fruits
|Semi-sweet chocolate||4 Ounce|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Strawberries||30 Large, washed and drained|
In top of double boiler over hot, simmering (not boiling) water, melt chocolate.
Stir in vegetable oil until mixture is satiny and smooth.
Remove from heat and dip strawberries, draining excess back into pot.
Place fruits on aluminum foil and let harden.
