Hot Chocolate Dip
|Cocoa powder||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Light brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Skim milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
1. Place all of the ingredients except for the vanilla extract in a small nonstick saucepan. Place over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture is thickened and bubbly. Stir in the vanilla.
2. Transfer the mixture to a chafing dish or Crock-Pot heated casserole to keep warm.
