Crispy Ghostly Chocolate Treats
|Crispy rice cereal||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Margarine/Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Rice cereal||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|White chocolate||12 Ounce|
In a large saucepan, melt butter and marshmallows over medium-low heat until the mixture is completely melted. Gradually stir in the cereal and stir until completely covered with marshmallows.
Spray your hand with a non-stick cooking spray to keep the marshmallows from sticking to your hands as you mold the treats.
You€™ll use a handful of the cereal mixture (about a 1/2 cup to 1 cup) and mold into a ghostly figure. Place on a wax paper covered cookie sheet to allow to cool.
Dip each ghost into the melted white chocolate. Allow to cool. You can put the tray of ghosts into the refrigerator to cool quicker.
