Chocolate Crunch Cookies are super delicious cookies that you simply shouldn€™t miss. I served it for an informal tea party at home last weekend and the guests loved it. Try this Chocolate Crunch Cookies recipe and you will understand why.
Ingredients
  Shortening 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Chocolate-coated coconut candy bars, 5 Ounce, chilled and coarsely diced
Directions

Cream together shortening and sugars.
Add eggs, milk, and vanilla; beat till fluffy.
Stir together flour, baking soda, and salt; blend into creamed mixture.
Stir in nuts; gently fold in candy.
Drop from tablespoon 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes. (Or, chill dough 30 minutes; roll into 1-inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet; bake 12 to 14 minutes.) Cool on racks.
