Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Brownies
|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), softened|
|Peanut butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Chocolate morsels||6 Ounce|
Cream butter and peanut butter.
Gradually add sugar, beating at low speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; add to creamed mixture, stirring well.
Stir in vanilla and chocolate morsels.
Pour batter into a greased 8-inch square baking pan.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool and cut into 2-inch squares.
