|Light corn syrup||1 Tablespoon|
|Finely ground pecans/Walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bourbon||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chocolate sprinkles||12 Ounce|
|Egg whites||2 , slightly beaten|
Sift cocoa and sugar together; set aside.
Combine bourbon and corn syrup in a bowl; stir in cocoa mixture, pecans, and vanilla wafers.
Roll mixture into 1 inch balls; dip each in egg white, and roll in chocolate sprinkles.
Store in a covered container.
