White Chocolate Saltees
|White chocolate||1 Pound|
|Pretzel sticks||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Salted spanish peanuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine chocolate and shortening in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts.
Pour chocolate mixture into a large mixing bowl.
Stir in pretzels and peanuts; spread into a buttered 15 x 10 x 1 inch jellyroll pan.
Chill 20 minutes or until firm; break into pieces.
Store in an airtight container.
