Chocolate Mint Mousse

Ingredients
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Boiling water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Instant non fat dry milk powder 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Artificial sweetener 3 Gram (To Equal 6 Teaspoons Sugar)
  Chocolate extract 1 Teaspoon
  Mint extract/Brandy extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Food coloring 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ice cubes 8
Directions

Put cold water in blender, add gelatin to soften.
Add boiling water and blend a few seconds.
Add dry milk, sweetener, extracts and coloring, and blend until smooth.
Add ice cubes one at a time and blend after each addition.
Pour into 4 dessert glasses.
Serve at once or chill if desired.
