Chocolate Mint Mousse
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
|Boiling water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Instant non fat dry milk powder||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Artificial sweetener||3 Gram (To Equal 6 Teaspoons Sugar)|
|Chocolate extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Mint extract/Brandy extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Food coloring||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Put cold water in blender, add gelatin to soften.
Add boiling water and blend a few seconds.
Add dry milk, sweetener, extracts and coloring, and blend until smooth.
Add ice cubes one at a time and blend after each addition.
Pour into 4 dessert glasses.
Serve at once or chill if desired.
