Chocolate Dessert Shells
|Semi-sweet chocolate morsels||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Flaked coconut||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans/Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ice cream/Fruit||1 Liter|
Place chocolate morsels in a heavy saucepan; cook over low heat until chocolate melts.
Stir in coconut and pecans.
Line a muffin tin with 8 paper baking cups.
Spoon chocolate mixture into cups; press firmly on bottom and sides to form a shell.
Chill until hardened.
