Chocolate Brittle

Chocolate brittles are so delectable. Here is one really nice no-bake chocolate brittle recipe. You can try it out anytime!
  Butter 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 6 Tablespoon
  Milk chocolate candy bars 12 3⁄5 Ounce (12 pieces, 1.05 ounce each)
  Chopped pecans 3 Cup (48 tbs)

Combine butter, sugar, and water in a Dutch oven; stir well.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until candy reaches hard crack stage (300°).
Lighdy butter 2 12 inch pizza pans.
Remove sugar mixture from heat and immediately pour into pans, spreading to edges of pans.
Place chocolate in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, and cook until chocolate melts.
Spread chocolate over brittle; sprinkle pecans evenly on top.
Press pecans into chocolate.
Cool until chocolate is firm.
Break candy into pieces.
