Apricot And Chocolate Dessert
|Chocolate swiss roll||2 (Use Thick Slices)|
|Canned apricot halves||4|
|Apricot yogurt||4 Tablespoon|
|Double cream||4 Tablespoon, whipped|
|Grated chocolate||1 Tablespoon (Used To Decorate)|
Place the Swiss roll in individual serving dishes.
Drain the apricots and use a little of the juice to moisten the swiss roll.
Chop the apricots and spoon over the Swiss roll.
Fold the yogurt into the cream, spoon over the apricots and decorate with grated chocolate.
