Ingredients
  Shortening 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Mashed bananas 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Use Over Ripened Ones)
  Egg 1
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oatmeal 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chocolate chips 12 Ounce (1 Package)
  Cinnamon 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Drop by tablespoonful onto greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400° for 12-14 minutes.
