|Instant nonfat dry milk solids||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Sugar||5⁄8 Cup (10 tbs)|
|Unsweetened cocoa||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until the cocoa is well distributed.
2. Store in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
3. To make hot cocoa, stir mix and combine 1/3 cup mix with 2/3 cup boiling water in heatproof cup. Stir well until cocoa powder is completely dissolved.
