Frosted Chocolate Nut Drops

Ingredients
  Unsweetened chocolate 4 Ounce (4 Squares)
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Sifted all purpose flour 2 3⁄4 Cup (44 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Black walnuts/Walnuts 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Rich chocolate frosting 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Melt chocolate; set aside to cool.
Cream butter with extract; add sugar gradually, beating until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
Blend in cooled chocolate.
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together; add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk, mixing until blended after each addition.
Stir in walnuts.
Drop by tablespoonfuls about 3 inches apart onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350°F 12 to 15 minutes.
Spread frosting on cooled cookies
