I am happy to share this recipe for Low Carb Chocolate Bark. Finally guilt free chocolate! Perfect for this holiday season. This Low carb chocolate bark is so yummy and has a really nice smooth texture.
Coconut oil | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , melted | |
Confectioners sugar | 4 Tablespoon ((Swerve)) | |
Stevia | 1 Pinch | |
Unsweetened cocoa powder | 6 Tablespoon | |
Vanilla extract | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Mixed nuts | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) |
MAKING:
1. Add coconut oil to a bowl.
2. Add other ingredients such as vanilla extract and cocoa powder.
3. Mix until there's no lump.
4. Check for desired sweetness.
5. Line a dish with parchment paper, pour the mixture into the dish.
6. Sprinkle the nuts on top.
7. Pop this into the freezer for 20 minutes.
SERVING:
8. Break it up and serve. Enjoy!
