Chocolate Raisin Fingers

Ingredients
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Seeded Or Seedless)
  Butter/Margarine 3⁄8 Cup (6 tbs)
  Semisweet chocolate square 4
  Orange rind 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Corn syrup 1 Tablespoon
  Crumbled cake 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Angel Food Or Sponge)
Directions

Cover raisins with boiling water; leave about 3 minutes to plump.
Drain; dry.
Soften butter; add with chocolate, orange rind, and syrup to cake crumbs.
Add raisins; mix well.
Press into oblong shape, about 1/2 inch thick, onto greased paper.
Chill until set; cut into fingers.
Garnish with slivers of orange peel
