Chilled Hot Chocolate

Celebrate Valentine's Day or any special occasion with this decadent chocolatey dessert! Cocoa powder is mixed with whole milk and thickened with eggs and sugar and set to chill with gelatine. Like a jello shot, but better!

Ingredients

Milk 500 Milliliter
Cocoa powder 6 Tablespoon
Eggs 2 , whisked
Dark chocolate ganache 2 Tablespoon
Sugar 6 Tablespoon
Gelatin 1 Ounce
Hot water 1 Tablespoon
Chocolate ganache 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Garnish)
Chopped cashews 2 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING

1. Bring milk to boil. 

2. Take cocoa powder in a bowl, add milk little at a time and stir to remove lumps.

3. Sieve the chocolate to the milk container and stir it in. Add sugar and bring the chocolate milk to boil.

4. Remove from heat and let it cool for a bit.

5. Add chocolate ix to the eggs and return the whole thing back to a pan. Cook for a bit with constant stirring.

6. Dissolve gelatine in hot water. Mix it up.

7. Pour in serving dishes and let it cool. Place it in the refrigerator overnight.

 

SERVING

8. Drizzle hot ganache and serve.
