Hot Chocolate

Rebecca Brand makes a delicious Hot Chocolate to keep you warm on those cold winter nights. Chocolate chips with cocoa powder are the secret to making a ultra rich tasting special hot chocolate recipe, unlike any other. Hot cocoa, hot chocolate, whatever you want to call this in your house, makes for a super great treat on a cold day or night. Making it with Rebecca's favorite recipe will be a winner at your house every time.
Ingredients
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chocolate chips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cocoa powder 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon powder 1 Pinch
  Whipped cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING:

  1. In a heated saucepan combine milk, heavy cream, brown sugar and allow it to simmer with stirring for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add chocolate chips and allow it to melt.
  3. Take the saucepan off the flame and add cocoa powder, cinnamon and whisk well.
  4. Top with whipped cream.

SERVING:

  1. Serve and enjoy!
