Chicken And Taco Chips Casserole
|Taco shells/A 12 ounce bag taco chips||9|
|Whole chicken breasts||2 , cooked, chopped|
|Canned condensed chicken and rice soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Grated sharp cheddar cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Tomatoes and green chilies||1 Can (10 oz)|
Crush taco shells or chips in bowl.
Place layer of chips in bottom of greased 1 quart casserole.
Sprinkle layer of chicken over chips.
Pour several spoonfuls soup over chicken layer.
Sprinkle with layer of cheese.
Pour several spoonfuls tomato and green-chili mixture over cheese layer.
Repeat layering process until all ingredients are used.
Top casserole with additional grated cheese if desired.
Bake 25 minutes at 350°F.
This can be prepared ahead and refrigerated before baking.
It freezes well before and after baking.
