1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or silicon mat.
2. Preheat oven to 80-95 degree C or 175-200 degree F.
3. Cut banana into thin slices and lay them on the lined baking tray.
4. Squeeze lemon juice on top of the banana slices.
5. Pop the baking tray in oven and rehydrate for 1-2 hours or until you get desired color. Transfer to a plate and let cool.
6. Serve and enjoy!
