King Kong's Chips

Ingredients
  Bananas 2 , peeled and sliced
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wheat germ/Coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Dip banana slices into orange juice, then into wheat germ or coconut.
Arrange in cake pans or on plates in a single layer.
Cover with plastic and freeze.
