Potato Chip Cookies
|Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|White sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Coarsely crushed potato chips||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Butterscotch morsels||6 Ounce|
Cream together margarine and sugars, add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
Sift flour and soda together and add to creamed mixture, then add crushed potato chips and butterscotch morsels.
Drop by tsp.on a greased cookie sheet about 2" apart.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min.
