Oven-Baked Potato Chips
|Red potatoes||10 Ounce (About 2 Medium Sized Units)|
|Light vegetable oil cooking spray||1 Tablespoon|
|Celery salt||1 Teaspoon|
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Slice the potatoes very thin, using a mandoline sheer.
Lightly spray a nonstick baking sheet twice with the vegetable oil spray and distribute the oil evenly over the surface.
Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake for 5 minutes, then turn the slices over.
After another 5 minutes, sprinkle with about half the celery salt, flip again, and sprinkle the other side with the remaining salt.
Bake for 5 minutes more, until crisp and browned.
