These crunchy Banana Chips are my favorite snack ! With a savory tomato dip these Banana Chips are simply irresistible ! You can eat them as a side dish with your sandwiches and burger buns too ! Feel free to cooment on these fabulous Banana Chips
|Vegetable oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
Heat oil in a deep pan to 390Â°F.
Peel and slice the bananas crosswise with the slicing disk.
Fry the slices a few at a time until light brown, 1 to 2 minutes.
Remove from fat and drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with salt while still warm.
