These Potato Chips are simply irresistible ! Try out these Potato Chips with spicy or sweet n sour tomato dip for a snack ! Also these Potato chips made a tasty and crunchy side course for your fish chops ! Feel free to come up with suggestions if you have any !
Ingredients
  Potatoes 2 , peeled and trimmed
  Vegetable oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Slice the potatoes with the slicing disk.
Rinse slices in cold water to remove excess surface starch.
Drain and pat dry.
Fry a few slices at a time in oil at 375°F until very lightly browned.
Drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with salt while still warm
