Slice the potatoes with the slicing disk.
Rinse slices in cold water to remove excess surface starch.
Drain and pat dry.
Fry a few slices at a time in oil at 375Â°F until very lightly browned.
Drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with salt while still warm
