Fondue Chips

Ingredients
  Dessert crepes 6
  Powdered sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Chocolate fondue 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk chocolate 10 Ounce
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Kirsch/Cognac 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut each crepe into 12 or 16 pieces.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 400° for 6 to 8 minutes of until crisp.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with sugar.
Use with chocolate fondue.
To make the chocolate fondue, break chocolate into pieces about 1 inch square and combine with other ingredients in fon due pot over low heat.
Stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
Dip fondue chips into sauce.
