|Garlic salt||To Taste|
Heat tortillas in oven until warm.
After heating, cut them into wedges with a knife or pizza cutter.
Let dry at room temperature overnight.
Heat oil to 375Â°F and drop in several chips at a time.
Fry until lightly browned, 1 or 2 minutes.
Drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with salt while still warm.
