Chili Chip Casserole

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Frozen chopped onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chili seasoning 1 Ounce
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Corn chips 6 Ounce
  Canned pinto beans/Kidney beans 1 Pound
  Canned ripe olives 4 1⁄2 Ounce, sliced or chopped
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Pound (2 Cup)
Directions

Brown the beef, add onion, chili mix, tomato paste, and water.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Sprinkle 2 C (1/2 bag) corn chips in bottom of 21/2 -qt casserole.
Spoon half the meat mixture over it, followed by a layer of half the beans, half the olives, and 1 C cheese.
Repeat all layers except corn chips.
Sprinkle remaining corn chips over all.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350° F.
Remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
