Pancetta Bacon Chips

Tired of serving run of the mill appetizers? Caitlin gives you a great suggestion. Try pancetta chips with a dip as an appetizer.
Ingredients
  Pancetta bacon 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to the broiler setting.
Cover your baking pan with aluminum foil and place the pancetta on it.
Place the pan on the lower rack and cook for 2 minutes.
When they are nice brown and crisp, they are done.
Remove from the pan and serve them with your favorite dip.
