Homemade Kale Chips

Today's Motivational Monday is going to offer one such snack. Kale Chips are becoming quite popular these days and you can buy them pre-made, but trust me when I tell you, that they are not nearly as delicious or healthy as homemade and they take just minutes to make. Not only do kale chips satisfy even the most ardent salt cravings, they are good for you too! Ingredients
  Kale 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutritional yeast 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven 400*F.

MAKING
2. In a bowl, combine kale leaves, olive oil and salt.
3. Add nutritional yeast and coat the kale well.
4. In a baking tray, place all the kale leaves and pop it into the oven for 5 minutes at 400*F.

SERVING
5. Serve it with juice or tea.
