Homemade Kale Chips

Today's Motivational Monday is going to offer one such snack. Kale Chips are becoming quite popular these days and you can buy them pre-made, but trust me when I tell you, that they are not nearly as delicious or healthy as homemade and they take just minutes to make. Not only do kale chips satisfy even the most ardent salt cravings, they are good for you too!

Take a look, give them a try and let me know what you think, because as you know, I love to hear your feedback. Have you made kale chips before? Are there any particular spices or herbs you like to use to make them taste delicious? Let me know.
