In this episode of Cooking with Tristin and Tyler, the boys make Kale Chips with the fabulous Margaret Chen.
1⁄2 Pound, cut the leaves from the stem
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, fresh parsley, garlic, olive oil, salt, lemon juice and lemon zest.
3. Add the cut kale leaves to a bowl.
4. Add the dressing to the kale and toss well.
5. Lay out the kale leaves on a tray.
6. Pop the tray into the oven for 10 minutes.
