Best Kale Chips

Ingredients
  Curly kale 2 Bunch (200 gm)
  Red bell pepper 1 Large
  Cashews 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Yellow miso 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apple cider vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Nutritional yeast 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Soak cashew for 8 hours.

MAKING
2. For making cashew sauce - In a blender, blend cashews, lemon Juice and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
3. Add red pepper and blend again.
4. Add miso, yeast and garlic into the blender and add all remaining ingredients, blend until smooth.
5. Combine kale greens and cashew sauce and place it on dehydrator tray.
6. Dehydrate for 6 hours at 105 degrees F.

SERVING
7. Serve it with juice.
