Grilled Potato Chip Beef Burgers

MAKING
1) Shape the beef mince into 1/3 pound sized burgers
2) Meanwhile also smoke up some bacon onto the grill
3) Make about 16 burger patties and keep aside
4) Onto each patty, sprinkle a little of the potato chips
5) Crush them with your hands and roll into the patty
6) Repeat with the remaining patties
7) Once the chips are incorporated, the patties need to be flattened to ensured even cooking
8) You are free to choose any flavor of chips you wish

MAKING
9) Once the patties are flattened place them on the hot grill and cook them for about 5 minutes on each side
10) Add a pinch of seasoning on each side onto each patty
11) Meanwhile get the burger buns sliced
12) Onto each a slice, place a burger patty and top with a tomato slice, onion slice and a piece of bacon

SERVING
13) Serve the burgers hot with some ketchup
